Republic of Georgia Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Visa Information For Foreigners
List of the countries that have joint agreement with Georgia regulating movement of holders of diplomatic, service or special passports, thus not required to obtain visas to enter and stay in Georgia.
Additional Information:
1. A stateless person needs valid visa in all circumstances;
2. Georgian accreditation card – visa-free movement until the expiry of the card;
3. Residential permit – from September 2004-entry clearance shall be presented upon the entry into country.
Under the amendment of the Law of Georgia “On Aliens’ Temporary Entry, Sojourn and Leaving Georgia”, since 2 June 2005 visa free regime up to three months (90 days) sojourn has been introduced in relation to of the citizens of the USA, EU, Japan, the State of Israel, and the Swiss Confederation.
