Prime Pack : It consists of the entire services that the passengers can enjoy at the Tbilisi Airport at arrival and departures.
After booking via e-mail or facsimile transmission, the departing passengers are greeted at the terminal entrance by the “primeclass” CIP Service personnel, and with the free trolley, they can have their check-in, and passport procedures carried out by the “primeclass” CIP Agent; and welcomed in the special lounge beyond the passport control.
At the lounge, the passengers can enjoy the following services free of charge: all alcoholic drinks, cold beverages, hot drinks, aperitifs, snacks, wireless internet access, facsimile, and photocopy services. They can watch television, read the dailies, and rest until the time of departure.
Our staff members will gladly assist passengers who wish to shop at the duty free stores before their flight. When the time of departure approaches, the passengers can access the plane from the gate or from the apron with VIP vehicles.
When the passengers arrive, they are greeted by our CIP Agent, and brought to the special arrival lounge at the terminal in VIP vehicles. Our personnel will assist our guests with all entrance procedures, and even after baggage claim, the passengers are accompanied on their way out.
We have not forgotten our guests who wish to greet their passengers! After having their drink at the bar, with comfortable seating, all they have to do is wait for the plane to land...
For all passengers who wish to utilise Prime Pack, one of the “primeclass” CIP Service’s we recommend booking 24 hours in advance.
Arrival and departure services are offered for 60 USD.(+VAT)- for each direction. A 10% discount is offered when arrival and departure services are booked at once, (Infants below 2 years are free of charge) .
In line with the preference of our passengers, we also offer transfer (Prime Transfer) & hotel booking services (Prime Hotel).

“primeclass” CIP Lounge
Passenger of all airlines and contracted corporate companies can benefit from the lounge by having alcoholic drinks, cold beverages, hot drinks, aperitifs, snacks and wireless internet service free of charge.
Our guests can rest in our specially designed facilities, watch television and read the dailies until their time of departure.
If needed, facsimile and photocopy services are offered in return for a minimal fee.
The lounge is located at the departure level, beyond the passport control and it is apart from the Lounge of Prime Pack Passenger and utilisation fee is 25 USD+VAT.
