Welcome to Tbilisi! After landing, your journey through the airport is designed to be smooth and comfortable.

  • Passport Control – All international travelers pass through immigration. For a faster experience, a Fast Track service is available

  • Baggage Claim – Your luggage will be delivered to one of 4 baggage carousels in the arrivals area. Screens above each belt show the correct carousel for your flight.

  • Lost & Found – If your baggage is delayed or damaged, our Lost & Found office is right next to the baggage carousels.

  • Meeting Point & Information Desk – Clear signs guide you to the official meeting point and the information desk, where our staff will be happy to assist you.

  • Passenger Services – In the arrivals hall you will find car rental desks, currency exchange, tourist information, cafés, shops, free Wi-Fi, and a 24/7 medical point.

Smoking is allowed only at designated smoking areas at the airport
Each airline has different procedures for domestic animals. You must inquire about this with your airline company. Most airlines do not accept birds and rodents into the cabin. These types of animals may travel in the cargo section of the aircraft. There is a restriction on the number of domestic animals accepted into the cabin.
We recommend passengers to be at the airport 120 minutes (2 hours) prior to their flight.
