TAV Operations Services General Manager Eda Bildiricioglu made a speech at the ceremony, stating: “Today I am very pleased to sign a mutual agreement between TAV Operations Services and Bank of Georgia to extend BOG' s esteemed credit card program benefits. To these benefits will be added privileges available at Tbilisi Airport, operated by TAV Operations Services, which is in charge of developing non-aeronautical revenues at TAV Airports Holding. Recently we have been working on loyalty programs in which we focus on gathering more information regarding passenger attitudes and expectations to fulfill needs and increase retention. I strongly believe initiatives such as these demonstrate that our two companies' strategies overlap. By initiating such a project together we open a new chapter in extending distinctive services we have developed in advertising and leasing at the airport.”

Within the scope of the agreement, an exclusive place to host 60 select customers of Bank of Georgia shall be added to the “primeclass” Lounge which accommodates 80 guests at Tbilisi Airport under the operation of TAV Airports Holding.
